El 2 de octubre entre las 15:47 y las 18:51 (CEST), Cogent, el proveedor donde se alojan nuestros servicios de España, sufrió una caída en su red. Según nos informó el datacenter, unas pruebas de carga de Red Eléctrica (REE) provocaron un fallo en el suministro eléctrico; las baterías se agotaron tras unas dos horas y el grupo electrógeno no llegó a arrancar. El datacenter se conmutó a otra línea eléctrica y, una vez Cogent levantó las sesiones BGP, todos los servicios quedaron restablecidos a las 18:51. Afectó a todos los servicios alojados en España, a las webs hostealo.es y hostealo.com y al área de clientes (my.hostealo.com). Alemania, Países Bajos y Nueva York no se vieron afectados. On October 2 between 15:47 and 18:51 (CEST), Cogent, the provider hosting our Spain services, suffered a network outage caused by a power failure during grid load tests by Red Eléctrica (REE). Datacenter batteries ran out after about two hours and the generator failed to start. Power was switched to another line and, once Cogent restored its BGP sessions, all services were back online at 18:51. All Spain-hosted services, our websites and the client area were affected.
