The network is now up and working normally. All services have been restored and connectivity is stable. We thank you for your patience during this incident.
Monitoring on 23 Oct 2025 13:07:13 (UTC+01:00)
The issue was caused by the DDoS attack affecting the carrier aggregation. The network is now back online and recovering. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by this outage. The network is currently in recovery phase and services are being restored.
Investigating on 23 Oct 2025 12:43:42 (UTC+01:00)
We are currently experiencing a complete loss of connectivity due to massive DDoS attacks that have severely impacted our datacenter provider's infrastructure. All Germany services are currently offline.

Our provider is hard-working in fixing this issue. They are under sustained attack from the "Aisuru" botnet, which security researchers estimate to have a capacity of 20-30 Tbps. This same botnet is currently targeting numerous major cloud and hosting providers around the world, and our datacenter is one of many affected by what appears to be indiscriminate carpet-bombing attacks across entire network segments.

We are in constant contact with their technical team and monitoring the situation closely. We will bring our services back online the moment connectivity is restored. We understand how critical this downtime is for your operations, and we're doing everything we can to accelerate the restoration process.
Identified on 14 Oct 2025 20:37:35 (UTC+01:00)
Please note that some packet loss may be observed in Germany due to a DDoS attack targeting the datacenter. Although our infrastructure is not the direct target, we are experiencing some collateral impact.
