Service Disruption - New York, Madrid, Frankfurt on 30 Oct 2025 21:55:32 (UTC+01:00)
Completed on 3 Nov 2025 20:41:36 (UTC+01:00)
We’ve made further progress with our temporary routing adjustments:

United States (New York):
Now routed under Gcore, with normal ping and stable performance restored.
DDoS protection remains active.

Update – Temporary Routing and Next Steps

We have implemented temporary routing adjustments across our three main regions to ensure network stability and DDoS protection:

- Spain (Madrid) is temporarily routed through Gcore.
Latency is higher than usual, but DDoS protection remains active.

- Germany (Frankfurt) is also temporarily routed via Gcore.
In this case, latency is not affected, and the service is performing normally.

- United States (New York) will be temporarily routed through CosmicGuard.
This allows us to maintain DDoS protection while the network stabilizes and infrastructure adjustments are completed.

Next week, we have several meetings scheduled with different providers to define and formalize our own in-house Anti-DDoS solution.

As confirmed by NeoProtect, following the recent incident, Datacamp/CDN77 has decided to end its partnership with NeoProtect, meaning the Remote Shield service will no longer be provided.

We will continue to share updates as we move forward with our long-term mitigation plans.
Update on 31 Oct 2025 01:08:36 (UTC+01:00)
Our New York location is now back online as of 2025-10-31 01:02:41 (UTC+01:00).

At this time, the region is fully operational, though we’re observing higher-than-normal latency, which will gradually stabilize as routes converge.

All three regions — Spain (Madrid), Germany (Frankfurt), and the United States (New York) — are now online.

Next, our team will be evaluating long-term solutions across all three regions while monitoring the situation with NeoProtect’s global outage.

We have several contingency plans ready to ensure continued stability and resilience.

Thank you for your patience and trust as we work to optimize performance.
Update on 30 Oct 2025 22:23:29 (UTC+01:00)
Our services in Spain (Madrid) and Germany (Frankfurt) are now fully operational again.

🇪🇸 Spain has been back online since 21:41:38 (UTC+01:00)
🇩🇪 Germany has been back online since 22:14:40 (UTC+01:00)

Both locations are currently routed through direct upstream connections, while NeoProtect continues to address its global outage.

You can continue to track NeoProtect’s status here:

We are still monitoring New York, which remains affected, and will update once it’s restored.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Identified on 30 Oct 2025 21:55:32 (UTC+01:00)
We are currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting our nodes in New York, Madrid, and Frankfurt.

The root cause is a global outage from our DDoS protection provider, NeoProtect. You can follow their incident updates directly here:

In the meantime, our team is working as quickly as possible to restore services by routing traffic through direct upstream connections.

We’ll provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
